At Sweet Streets of Brooklyn, we take pride in the quality and freshness of our baked goods. To ensure every order reaches you at its best, please review our Freshness Policy:

1. Freshness Guarantee

• All cookies, cupcakes, and baked goods are guaranteed fresh at the scheduled pickup or delivery time.
• Beyond this time, we cannot guarantee freshness, taste, or texture.

2. Pickup Guidelines

• Orders must be picked up at the scheduled date and time.
• If alternate pickup arrangements are required, please contact us in advance.
• Orders not picked up within 24 hours of the scheduled time are considered forfeited.

3. Delivery Guidelines

• Deliveries are guaranteed for the scheduled delivery window.
• Please ensure someone is available to receive the order.
• Sweet Streets of Brooklyn cannot guarantee quality if deliveries are delayed, left in uncontrolled environments, or stored improperly.

4. Refunds & Remakes

• Orders not picked up or received within the guaranteed freshness window will not be refunded or remade, unless prior arrangements were made.
• Sweet Streets of Brooklyn reserves the right to decline requests for replacement due to missed pickup or improper storage.

5. Storage Instructions

• To maximize freshness, keep cookies and baked goods in a cool, dry place and consume within 2–3 days of pickup/delivery.
• For longer storage, freeze items in an airtight container and thaw before serving.
